Summary Sunday The Nuances of Job Search How familiar are you with the nuances of job search? There are many parts to your job search campaign today and you will need advice, tips and resources. Plus, youll need to develop new skills. As Ive said a million times, if you havent had to look for a job in the last five years, its changed! Job search is not intuitive. And it isnt as easy as applying for jobs online. The Nuances of Job Search Job search is 95% marketing. It isnt always the most qualified person who lands the job, but the person who is talented enough to get themselves in front of the hiring manager! Sure, you have to back up your claims and prove you are qualified at that point, and that takes skill too! This is why, each week, I round-up articles that were popular!
